The Sawgrass, a split plan 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home, is perfect for those that enjoy all of their living spaces on the main floor. The Sawgrass incorporates many, many features and amenities that we include in all of our homes such as the same quality Oak hardwood flooring materials, low-E double hung wood frame windows, 1 inch thick low-E fixed glass panels, spruce tongue and groove ceilings throughout, solid 6 panel pine doors, exposed beams in the great room (with recessed indirect lighting), the application and utilization of multiple lighting options is standard, floor to ceiling fireplace, your choice of all wood custom built oak or maple cabinets throughout, and D-log siding. If you are committed to heating your home with wood, this fireplace is top rated by Underwriter Laboratories to do just that. It's also a great unit if you enjoy just watching a beautiful fire.
