Mrs. G, a longtime resident of Miami, Florida, has certainly added her personal touch to our Dogwood model. Measuring 960 square feet under heat and air, the home "lives much larger" than its square footage implies. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large great room, Oak hardwood floors, and spruce tongue and groove ceilings throughout, this model is absolutely in high demand.
With the exception of 3 three rooms in this plan, all of the ceilings in this home are nearly 16 foot cathedrals and are finished with gloss-lacquered tongue and groove Spruce.
Mrs. G is a permanent resident of Murphy, and each time we visit her, we are amazed at the projects she has completed in such a short time. Her numerous vignettes are spotted throughout the property, and it would take hours (literally!) to admire these works of art. Our firm has made several offers to bring her "onboard" as a consultant, landscape coordinator, interior designer, planner, and, well, just about every other position we could dream of. Mrs. G. still has us dreaming.
