Excavation of basements and crawlspaces both require a substantial amount of study prior to ever moving the first shovel of dirt. What is pictured here is the excavation necessary for a full basement. The footprint of the home is 28 feet wide and 42 feet long.
The processes pictured (that follow) depict the methodology employed for sites (such as this site) that have substantial slope and grade issues. The home being built here is for a wonderful couple who live on the East Coast of Florida, M and R. E.
This project, like nearly every one of our projects has been a joy due to the special people we have the privilege of working for.
