Mrs. B is now a permanent resident of Murphy, coming, along with her son and daughter-in-law, F and L, from the east coast of Florida. These pictures depict the Cedar model, which features 1200 square feet. The front porch is 8 feet by 50 feet, with an open deck on the entry side that measures 8 feet by 32 feet long.
The Cedar is able to accommodate a larger great room and master bedroom than the Dogwood, which is 10 feet less in length, but the same width, 24 feet. Regardless of the slope or direction faced by the home site, the Dogwood and Cedar models can be reversed so that the covered porches face a long range view, into a wooded setting, or face a road.
